1. Q: Can I install this thermostat by myself? Do I need to hire an electrician?
A: Regarding the installation of the thermostat, we first recommend that you operate in strict accordance with the steps in the product manual under the guidance of professionals to ensure standardized installation and stable subsequent operation of the device. If you choose to install it yourself, you must carefully read the manual in advance, fully master the installation process, wiring requirements and safety precautions before starting the operation, so as to avoid affecting the device's function or causing potential safety hazards due to improper operation.
2. Q: Why is the thermostat not turning on the heating?
A: First, check if the power supply is connected properly. Then, see if the set temperature is higher than the current room temperature (since the heating turns on when the room temp is lower than the set temp). Also, check if the thermostat is in the correct mode (heating mode).
3. Q: Can the thermostat be used with any electric heating system?
A: No. Different thermostats are compatible with different systems. For example, some are for electric floor heating, while others may be for other types. Make sure the thermostat matches your specific electric heating system (like heating cables, films, or mats for electric floor heating).
4. Q: How long is the product warranty period?
