1. Are you manufacturer? Can I visit your factory ?

Yes, we are manufacture, we have our own factory and brand. We warmly welcome our clients to visit our factory. Before your visit, please inform us your schedule so we can arrange time for visiting.

2.What is your production capacity ?

Our factory has advanced automated production equipment and efficient production processes, which can meet the needs of orders of different sizes. The specific production capacity can be evaluated according to the product model you are interested in.

3.How is your R&D capability ?

We have an experienced R&D team dedicated to the development of new products and the technical upgrade of existing products. We can continuously launch innovative thermostat products based on market demand and customer feedback. We will launch 3-5 new products each year.

4.How do you ensure product quality ?

We have established a complete quality management system. From raw material procurement to finished product shipment, every link is subject to strict quality control and testing. We have a professional quality inspection team and advanced testing equipment to ensure that the products meet quality standards. Every product will be checked and tested before leaving the factory.

About Products and Technology

1.What are your main products ?

Our products are mainly for room heating control system, include room thermostats, electrical thermal actuators, radiator valves, underfloor heating control boxes.

2.Can you customize the products by following our requirements? OEM/ODM Service ?

Yes, we can customize the products by following your requirements. Including put your brand or logo on the products surface, and design your box, labels and manuals; Also we can design new products for you according to your technical requirements by our processional R&D Team.

4.Do you provide technical support ?

Yes, we provide comprehensive online technical support to our customers, including product selection, installation guidance, troubleshooting, etc. You can consult our technical documentation or contact our technical support team at anytime.

5.Which smart App that your products support ?

Our smart products include WiFi and Zibgee type, all of them are support Tuya and Smart Life APP, and work with Google Home, Amazon Alexa voice assistant. Some of our products support Yandex Alice.

About Business Cooperation

1.How to be the agent or distributor ?

We warmly welcome you to become our partner. It will depend on your market location and your order volume per year, because we have the agent in some Countries already. Please visit our website or contact our sales department to submit your cooperation intention and company information. We will contact you as soon as possible to evaluate the cooperation opportunities.

2.What is the MOQ of your products ?

For normal neutral products, there is no limit for MOQ, especially for test order. For OEM and ODM order, the MOQ should more than 300pcs, and the specific MOQ will based on the specific customize requirements.

3.Can I order sample for test ? How long can I get a sample ?

Yes, we support sample order. And for our normal products we can send sample to you immediately after we get your sample payment. And the shipping time is around 5-7 working days. When you place the formal order, we will return back the sample costs to you.

4. How long about the warranty of the goods ?

For our products, we support 24 months warranty, during the warranty, if there is any unqualified, we will fix or replace them for you freely.

5. Which payment way do you support ?

We support T/T, Paypal, West Union for USD and EUR payment, if you have other payment requirement, we can discuss together.

6. How about your After-sale service ?

We have professional After-sale team in order to help our client to solve the problems include technical question, operation guide, product quality issue and so on. Our team will online 7/24 to help you.

About Delivery and Shipping

1. What the shipment way do you support ?

By Express like FEDEX, DHL, UPS,TNT, and express suitable for samples or small batch orders, fast delivery, door-to-door delivery. By Airplane,Train, Car, Sea, they are suitable for large batch orders. Also you can appointed your forwarder to arrange the shipments, and we will support them on it.

2. What about the estimated time date of your products ?

For sample order, it will need 3-5 working days; for massive order, it will need 2-3 weeks; for OEM order, the ETD will depends on the specific requirements of the order.

3. What the products package ?

The package of our products are cartons, the specific data is in the below: For Thermostats, we have the carton to put 32pcs/ 60pcs /64pcs, weight will be 7.5-10Kgs/ 13.5-15Kgs/ 21-23Kgs For Thermal Actuators, one carton have 100pcs; weight :11.5-12Kgs For Thermostatic valves, one carton have 60pcs ; weight:13.5-14Kgs For Underfloor heating control boxes, one carton have 30pcs, gross weight is 15-18kgs

4.How to check logistics information after delivery ?

After delivery, we will promptly send you the waybill number or logistics tracking number. You can log in to the official website of the corresponding courier or logistics company, or use its official APP to query real-time logistics information. Of course we will keep attention on the shipping until clients receive goods.
